Where has this recipe been all my life? Why havent I done meal prep before last week? I’ll admit I am stubborn yes, and that probably has a lot to do with it. This rolled chicken cordon bleu is a versatile recipe that you can make so many ways and is a great meal prep item because it is so quick and freezes well. I confess I am a bit of a picky eater and you can easily change this recipe to suit your tastes.Rolled chicken cordon bleu

These rolled chicken cordon bleu are easy to make for a quick dinner or on your meal prep day. They can get prepared, put in a glass bakeware dish and frozen so you can just throw them in the oven for dinner. A true life saver for me during the week for a real filling meal that is fast.

I used these as meal prep for the coming week and froze them for dinners. When cooking from frozen they need more time (almost double) to cook until an internal temperature of 165 degrees farenheight is reached. I hope you enjoy this fast dinner full of cheesy goodness as much as we did.
